Surface Clean

​Surface cleans are ideal to prepare a home for staging, listing photos, and open houses. This basic cleaning includes:

​

• Thorough detailing of kitchen, including exterior of all major appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) and spot cleaning of cupboard exteriors (doors and hardware)

• Spotlessly scrubbed kitchen sink and detailed clean of all stainless steel surfaces

• Thorough detailing of bathrooms

• Complete vacuuming of every room

• Washing all non-carpeted floors

• Spot clean windows

• Dusting window sills, surfaces and fixtures, decor and pictures (where accessible without a ladder)

• Vacuum soft furnishings

• Spot clean accessible baseboards

Please note: cupboards/closets will not be opened; no cupboard interiors will be cleaned. Cupboard interior cleaning is available for an additional investment - please, see Deep Clean Package.

Deep Clean

Ideal for moving in/out - to prepare the property for new home owners. Includes everything in the Surface Clean package, plus a deep clean to all levels of the home, including but not limited to:​

​

• all rooms: windowsills, baseboards, doors and door frames, light fixtures, floors (vacuum all and wash hard floors), closet interiors

• kitchen: exterior and interior of all appliances, exterior and interior of all cupboards, sinks

• bathrooms: sinks, backsplash, shower/bathtub, toilets

• garbage removal (to be left in agreed location)

Choose this package if you're looking for a deep clean inside appliances and cupboards.

Extensive Clean

This service is for homes requiring removal of built-up dirt, grime, pet hair, calcium, urine, grease, etc. Includes everything in the Surface and Deep Clean packages, with additional fees for supplying stronger cleaning products, PPE, additional staff, etc.

Choose this package if the property is in a state of unkempt neglect.

Additional Fees

Travel

Travel for on-site quotes and booked cleaning services is free for properties15km and less from Dust Bonnies HQ. There is a $10 fuel surcharge for properties 15.1 - 25km away. Dust Bonnies is not able to provide services outside of a 25km radius from their Kitchener Head Quarters.

Garbage Disposal

Where safe and accessible (i.e. on-site), limited garbage (one bag)/small item removal is included in the service. Where there is no safe or accessible place to dispose of garbage on-site, an additional $50 fee will apply to remove the garbage from the property. This covers waste facility disposal fees and additional time. Please note, Dust Bonnies will not remove sharp or dangerous garbage/items from the property.
